Philadelphia Zoo

Roto has provided planning, interpretive design and production/installation services for no fewer than 3 separate projects at "America's first zoo" over the years. Big Cat Falls is an award-winning 2-acre exhibit, opened in 2007. Roto provided complete interpretive design, working in collaboration with the Zoo and architectural team at EHDD. "Jungle Trek" was a temporary summer attraction that utilized Roto's highly-efficient design-build capacity to deliver immersive experiences on short timeframes. "Children's Zoo" was a major renovation to this popular 1938 attraction, including a fresh signage program and updated exhibits like "Bunny Village."
