SAME ROTO. BIGGER BETTER BUILDING. A brilliant new facility brings together Roto’s planning, design, engineering R&D, and full-scale production capabilities into one contiguous 60,000 ft2 facility, custom-made for our unique style of design-build service. Roto’s relocation this month just a few miles from its former address concludes a 2-year property search and renovation effort.

The efficient layout of a new custom-designed studio and R&D workshop enables Roto to continue providing nimble design-build integration for small, fast projects, while an enormous fabrication and assembly facility under a 34-foot clear ceiling allows Roto to keep even the largest exhibition and attraction projects in-house. The new Roto features a 35-person design studio, 4 all-new fully-wired conference rooms, a unique 3,600 ft2 prototyping and R&D workshop, media production suites, and a special water exhibit testing floor -- all in addition to some 40,000 ft2 of metal and wood fabrication, exhibit assembly, warehousing and receiving dock.
Roto’s steady growth for 7 straight years at its former address eventually required 4 separate suites in a large flexible-use complex, dividing Roto’s departmental functions and limiting its production capacity. By leasing and renovating rather than building new, Roto is able to lock-in extremely favorable overhead costs for the next decade and beyond, actually lowering our per ft2 operating expenses despite the vast improvement in quality.
Same company, same phone number, but a whole different address. 7001 Discovery Boulevard. Stop by for a tour on your next trip through the great Midwest.
