Whitaker Center - Move-It
Opening in early 2011, Move-It is a 3,000 square foot, highly-interactive exhibit focused on engineering process, set against the backdrop of Harrisburg's history as a transportation and manufacturing center. Exhibits in Move-It are toolsets for visitors to tinker, solve problems and create highly-individualized outcomes, supported through a strong focus on social interaction. The project features numerous innovations, including interactive wind turbine, car race and "bead factory" experiences.
